RETURNS AND CLAIMS

1. Withdrawal from an online purchase

The consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.

Direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Use a trackable and suitably insured delivery method. Do not send cash on delivery without an express agreement.

1. Send an unambiguous statement to sharena.art@gmail.com or to “SHARENIYKI” EOOD, UIC 208518121, 26 Otets Paisiy St., floor 5, apt. 82, Varna, Bulgaria before the deadline.
2. State your name, order details, the goods and your contact details.
3. Send the goods to the company address without undue delay and within 14 days after notification.

2. Condition of the goods

You may inspect the goods only as far as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. You are responsible for diminished value caused by more extensive use.

Return the artwork well protected. The absence of the original packaging does not invalidate the withdrawal, but the client must provide suitable protection during transport.

3. Refund

Payments received, including standard initial delivery, are refunded within 14 days of notification. We may wait until the goods or evidence of dispatch has been received.

The amount is returned using the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed at no cost to the client. A surcharge for more expensive initial delivery is not refunded.

4. Individual artworks

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to an artwork made to specific individual requirements — for example a personal inscription, portrait, composition, size or colour scheme. Handmade production, a single piece or ‘one of a kind’ status alone do not exclude withdrawal.

5. Claim

The goods have a two-year statutory guarantee of conformity. A claim may be submitted to sharena.art@gmail.com or to the company address.

Where a claim is justified, bringing the goods into conformity is free of charge. Repair or replacement applies where possible and proportionate and, in the relevant cases, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

• name and contact details; date and proof of purchase;
• the artwork concerned and a description of the problem;
• photographs where they assist the assessment;
• the preferred statutory remedy.

6. Care

Improper cleaning, prolonged wetting, aggressive products, excessive rubbing, mechanical damage or unsuitable storage are not initial non-conformity where the cause arose after delivery. This does not restrict the statutory guarantee.
