1. Territory
Delivery availability depends on the address. Before the contract, the Trader confirms the country and address, as well as applicable transport, customs or import costs.
2. Courier and term
The courier or handover method, place of receipt, production term and delivery term are stated in the individual written offer and accepted before the contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days. In the event of a material delay, the client is informed in good time.
3. Delivery price
The price depends on the address, size, weight, protection or insurance and the carrier’s terms. The exact price or method of calculation is communicated before the contract. The client does not owe costs that were not disclosed in advance.
4. Packaging and receipt
The artwork is packaged according to its nature. If the packaging is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record this and contact us at sharena.art@gmail.com or 0893 596 086.
5. Undelivered parcel
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, absence or an uncollected parcel, we contact the client. Additional actual costs may be charged where the client is responsible and the law permits it.
6. Payment
The payment method and term are agreed individually and stated in the offer. The final amount, currency, delivery and all charges are confirmed before the order is accepted or payment is made. Do not send payment-card details by email or through the form.
7. Personalised orders
An advance or partial payment stated in the offer may be required. Work begins after written approval and the agreed payment. Before the contract, the client is informed that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to genuinely personalised goods. The right to make a claim for non-conformity remains.
