1. Rights holders

Simona Savova is the author of the paintings and original works under the SHARENA brand unless another author is identified for a specific artwork. Photographs, text, video, logo and design belong to their respective rights holders or are used with permission.

2. What the buyer receives

The purchase transfers ownership of the physical object, but not copyright in the painting, design, photography or other creative content.

Commercial use may be permitted under a separate written licence.

• reproduction on other products or the creation of copies is not permitted;
• use for advertising, a trademark, packaging or another commercial project is not permitted;
• the sale of reproductions or digital files is not permitted;
• presenting an altered version as one’s own or as an official SHARENA artwork is not permitted;
• use to create or train AI systems without written permission is not permitted.

3. Website content

You may share a link to a public page without removing the author or creating the impression of a partnership.

Republishing photographs, text and paintings, removing attributions, systematically extracting the catalogue or commercial use without written permission are not permitted, except where the law provides otherwise.

4. Customer submissions

Sending a photograph, review or story does not automatically give SHARENA the right to publish it. Separate clear permission specifying the channels and purpose is requested for public use. Permission may be withdrawn for future use to the extent permitted by law.

5. Notices

For a suspected infringement, send sharena.art@gmail.com a description, the page address, evidence of the rights and contact details. The notice will be reviewed and action taken where it is justified.

6. Reserved rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This policy does not restrict use that the law permits without consent.
